This November, Lebanese Restaurant, Byblos Grill will be celebrating Lebanon's National Day in Singapore. Byblos Grill prides itself on serving authentic Lebanese food with many of the ingredients freshly imported from Lebanon. They even bake their own Pita bread in house!
Head Chef, Mohamad Slim, has curated six different flavours of hummus - Original, Wasabi, Avocado, Pumpkin, Beetroot, and Lamb. These flavours will only be available in November.
Apart from the specials, don’t miss out on regular crowd favourites such as the Lamb Chops and Chicken Liver. Byblos Grill’s dishes are great for communal dining with friends and family. We highly recommend the Mezza and Mixed Grill Platter for sharing.
Did you know that Lebanon produces organic Lebanese Wine? Chateau Musar, is sold only in 3 speciality stores in Singapore. Started by Gaston Hochar, who planted his first vineyards after returning from Bordeaux in Lebanon, his wines contain bare minimum sulphur and is just for $12+ a glass at Byblos Grill!
There will be a belly dancing performance every Saturday evening and a live band performance on weekends for guests to be entertained while dining.
