Singapore’s highest restaurant, SKAI, offers an executive lunch set of its own: it’s available from 12pm to 2pm in two-course (S$48++ per person, Monday to Friday), three-course (S$58++ per person, every day) and four-course (S$65++ per person, every day) versions. With vibrant ingredients and a relaxed atmosphere, SKAI also gives diners views of the city from the 70th storey of the Swissotel Stamford.
The meal begins with comforting starters like the Roasted Tomato Soup, Roasted Beef Salad, Beetroot with ajio blanco, almond and endive, and bluefin tuna with vanilla citrus salad. Mains include hearty Iberico Pork Secreto with spring onion emulsion, Halibut with kombu beurre blanc, and slow-cooked Wylarah Wagyu short rib. Accompany your mains with a choice of roasted carrots, charred broccolini, or the elegant SKAI Waldorf Salad.
SKAI’s bar, which sees regular collaboration efforts and innovations, provides a glass of prosecco, white or red wine, beer, or a Weekly Cocktail with your lunch (for an additional S$15). Cygnet – Stylish CBD Lunch With A Touch Of New York
Glamorous New York-inspired restaurant and bar Cygnet offers a two-course (S$48++) or three-course (S$58++) lunch set that’s quick and stylish. The menu is available Mondays through Fridays, 12 pm to 2:30 pm. This lunch set also includes a glass of wine or beer for an additional S$10, and free corkage if you’re looking for a quick celebration.
Starters include a Prawn Cocktail with pink blush mayo, an elaborate salad of feta and watermelon with tomatoes, pomegranates and chardonnay vinegar, and charcoal-baked squid with pistachio pesto. For a minimum of two diners, you may choose to order a small seafood platter with oysters, prawns and Cygnet’s signature lobster rolls. There are, at the moment, ten main options for every palate: cauliflower steak with salsa verde, steak frites with shoestring fries, spaghetti vongole, roasted sea bass and a Cygnet New York burger are on the menu, so many that you could have a different lunch every weekday for two weeks. You might want to pick a side of creamed spinach, charred broccolini, heirloom tomatoes or duck fat potatoes.

The Prince – Vibrant, Modern-Middle Eastern CBD Lunch Spot
Uniquely edgy modern-Middle Eastern restaurant The Prince introduces its four-course Set Lunch Menu (at a staggeringly affordable S$29++) along with an extensive lunch beverage menu. The lunch set, which consists of a dip, mezze, kebab and dessert, neatly showcases the restaurant’s uniquely hip take on Middle Eastern cuisine.
The three dips available, with a small side of pita, are the classic Labneh, Hummus, and Baba Ghanoush, served swirled with chili flakes and harissa. Mezze items include tabbouleh, fattoush, chickpea salads, and the restaurant’s famous fried cauliflower with shallot and lemon aioli. Kebabs range from poultry to seafood and vegetables: the Grilled King Oyster Mushroom is paired with garlic toum and pickled chili, and the Crispy Red Snapper is paired with harissa aioli and pomegranate. Fresh, spicy flavours dominate the menu: a Roasted Chicken kebab is served with cumin chermoula and pickled cucumber.

Begin with assorted tempura, salmon carpaccio, sashimi, or the Wagyu Sirloin with Chimichurri and truffle. Yellowtail sashimi is served with burnt jalapeño, yuzu ponzu, and edible flowers, and scallop sashimi with white ponzu and mustard seed. Mains include the crowd-pleasing Miso Marinated Black Cod with hajikami ginger, A4 Satsuma Wagyu Striploin Sukiyaki, and a Japanese Jumbo Wagyu Meatball with hayashi sauce. Restaurant Gaig – An Executive Lunch Set Made With Catalan Excellence
Restaurant Gaig’s monthly Executive Lunch menu has been released for the month of August: due to the restaurant’s insistence on using seasonal ingredients, the menu is updated frequently. These recipes, which take inspiration from sunny Catalonia, are family recipes handed down through five generations of the Gaig family with modern innovations. The lunch menu is S$48++ per person, and served from noon to 2pm.
The menu begins with a choice of starters like the Ensalada Xató (Spanish cod and frisée salad), cauliflower soup or Canelón de Gaig (beef and pork-stuffed pasta, served with truffle sauce). You may add a second course for an additional S$16: grilled scallops with all i pebre. Main courses are heavy and comforting: Arroz de Cochinillo, Spanish suckling pig rice with wild mushrooms; Chuletón de Ternera Galiciana, 45 day dry-aged ribeye with morels sauce; or barramundi fillet with samfaina.
There is only one choice of dessert, the Namelaka: a sweet medley of chocolate mousse and toffee tempered by coffee tuille. For an additional S$16, you can add a glass of house wine, and for S$12 a beer or a glass of sangria. You’ll almost forget you’ll have to get back to work.

If you work close to the Marina Bay Financial Centre, you can pop right upstairs to LeVeL33, officially the world’s highest microbrewery in a building (recognised by the Guinness World Records). LeVeL33 offers a light, airy executive lunch menu (S$48++ for two courses, S$58++ for three courses), heavy on seafood and sustainable produce, that’s supported by the largest selection of craft beers we’ve seen on a lunch menu to date. These include blond lagers, wheat beers, India Pale Ales, stouts and seasonal beers, alongside LeVeL33’s house-brewed beers and beer cocktails.
Start with ceviche fish of the day, a chopped gourmet salad of the day, or seared Japanese quail-cultured foie gras: this is a lab-grown, ethical foie gras served with ruby grapefruit gel and IPA glaze. Freshly shucked oysters from the Raw Bar are also available at lunch, served by the half dozen, as well as housemade focaccia. Take a chance and order a Chef’s Special Of The Day for a main, or go with the tried-and-tested Westholme Wagyu, Poached Prawn Salad, or Housemade Veggie Burger and Fries.
