Stunning key pieces in Argentina’s barbecue repertoire — such as a mud crab cooked under almond wood embers and served with Hokkaido scallop, clementines and charred fennel; and a smoke-kissed Jac Bingara' F1 Wagyu Tri-Tip MS 6-8 served with red chimichurri asparagus ‘Parrilla’, manchego cheese, lemon wood-fired white corn and corn ‘humita’ — are brilliantly matched with a selection of fine wines from the two celebrated wine countries to create a refined epicurean experience that is as iconic as the view it offers.
