TWG Tea has revealed its Festive Set Menu (S$75 for main, tea and dessert) for this year’s holiday season: the menu features TWG Tea's limited-run Christmas teas, hearty mains, and comforting traditional desserts. Available from 1 to 31 December, the dishes on this menu are infused with TWG Tea’s teas or designed to be enjoyed with them.
Beginning with a Sparkling White Wine Cocktail or Holiday Spirit Tea Mocktail, the menu is a short two-course menu that awakens the senses. The main course is a pan-seared Wagyu tenderloin with truffle sauce, served with chestnuts, potato mousseline, onion cream and carrots glazed with Red Christmas Tea (you may add foie gras for S$10). The dessert course is a chocolate banana brownie infused with Red Christmas Tea, layered with chantilly cream and caramelised pistachio ice cream.
A meal at TWG Tea isn’t complete without tea, and this menu lets you sample the limited-edition Christmas teas: there’s a choice of hot tea (the Noel! Noel! Tea, a unique blend of white and black teas with clementine and vanilla) or iced tea (the Festive Night tea, a green tea with cherry blossom and red fruits).

Greenwood Fish Market – The Salmon Wellington Returns With Other Christmas Dining Classics
The famous Salmon Wellington from seafood restaurant Greenwood Fish Market returns this season, plus a host of other holiday delights available for dine-in or takeaway. This year’s expanded Christmas dining line-up includes house-made breads and dips, beef dishes, and the restaurant’s signature seafood sharing platters and seafood Wellingtons.
Chef-Owner Alan Lee has reintroduced the Alan’s Seafood Feast platter (from S$428++, for 8 pax), loaded with lobsters, oysters, prawns, cold-smoked salmon and any additional seafood item of your choice: sashimi, caviar, and more oyster varietals. The Premium Hot Seafood Platter (S$249++, for 4-6 pax) includes a whole Boston lobster, fish, oysters, octopus, mussels and clams in white wine sauce, and a side of salad and chips.

The Mandarin Oriental Singapore’s Christmas dining offerings this year include a special collaboration with perfume house Diptyque and a celebratory buffet at embu. Dolce Vita, the hotel’s airy Italian restaurant, sees its very first festive Night Brunch on New Year’s Eve.
Along with a themed holiday suite, Diptyque presents a Holiday Reverie-themed afternoon tea (S$88 per person) at the Lobby Lounge. The tea set is inspired by fig, one of Diptyque’s most iconic fragrance notes, and plays on Christmas flavours: foie gras and chestnut, reblochon with tomato and basil, and pistachio-fig confections.
embu hosts “‘Tis The Season to Feast”, a festive buffet, for lunch and dinner from 24 November to 4 January. SUSHISAMBA – The Copacabana Festive Brunch Celebrates Tropical Christmas Dining
SUSHISAMBA returns with a festive edition of its signature Copacabana Brunch and the Samba Christmas Brunch, which takes you 52 floors above the city with high-energy, high-glamour performances.
The Copacabana Festive Brunch takes place on 6, 13 and 27 December, in the month leading up to Christmas: SUSHISAMBA’s live sushi and robata stations make an appearance, as do seviches and signature taquitos. This version of the brunch event has an expanded dessert menu, themed after the season: burnt cheesecake with coffee tuile, black forest log, and Christmas Sambabons. Pair them with exclusive Christmas tipple (creamy cocktails like the Winter Wonderland: Buffalo Trace bourbon, Cointreau, white creme de cacao) or free-flow champagne.
The Samba Christmas Brunch, happening on 20 and 25 December, features an even wider dessert selection and live entertainment: the desserts now include wild berry cheesecake, macarons, panettone and stollen, and peppermint chocolate slice.

The Plump Frenchman – Cosy Parisian Bistro Classics and Festive Dinners
One of Singapore’s newest dining concepts, The Plump Frenchman, is designed after a cosy Parisian bistro: for their first Christmas dining menu, they’ve prepared a true family feast. The Pre-Festive Menu de Canut, available for a month leading up to Christmas Day, and the Festive Menu de Canut, offered the week of Christmas, are multi-course festive set menus with all the buttery warmth of modern Parisian kitchens.
The Pre-Festive Menu de Canut (Nov 28- Dec 21, S$39++) is a fixed menu with a starter of Saumon Marinée (marinated salmon); a main of Roasted Chicken with savoy cabbage, potatoes and sauce périgourdine; and Bûche de Noël for dessert: a French-style Yule Log. They’re accompanied by two beverage pairings: sangria by the jar (S$70) or a three-glass wine pairing (S$38).
Over Christmas week, the Festive Menu de Canut (Dec 22-31, S$78++) is expanded to five courses: it now includes the Velouté de Châtaignes (chestnut soup with bacon, cardamom and cream), fresh sea bass, and Pintade Rôtie (roasted guinea fowl). Pair this menu with two, three, or five-glass wine pairings, sangria by the jar, or red and white wines.

YARA – Modern Asian Festive Dining this Christmas
Another new restaurant, YARA, presents an unconventional festive menu for dine-in and Christmas takeaway: the Festive Feast sets are ideal for small gatherings of four to six people, with a quirky modern-Asian twist.
Each Christmas dining set begins with a YARA Chopped Salad, which features Winterbor kale and radicchio with cranberry, caramelised cashews, and drizzled with a truffle nori vinaigrette. For mains, choose between the Garum Glazed Turkey Roast, a refreshing take on turkey with chestnut stuffing, roasting jus and a ginger flower and cranberry relish; or the Akaushi Prime Rib, with roasted cherry vine tomatoes and Asian chimichurri. Two sides, the Vadouvan Spiced Roasted Cauliflower and Roasted Nantes Carrots & Sunchokes, round out the meal.
The Garum Glazed Turkey Roast set is priced at S$228++, and the Akaushi Prime Rib set is priced at S$268++. From now till 10 December, you’ll also be able to enjoy an early-bird discount of 10% across Christmas dining.
