From zodiac cocktails to heritage-inspired drinks, discover the cocktail menus worth trying in Singapore right now.
The latest cocktail menus unfold as stories of growth, travel, history and identity, turning an evening out into something closer to an experience.
Some reinterpret familiar classics through unexpected ingredients, while others build entire menus around a single narrative. And for those who would rather keep things simple, there are still neighbourhood bars proving that serious cocktails can come with good music and a relaxed atmosphere.

Jigger & Pony – BLOOM Turns Personal Growth Into 21 Cocktails
Few bars in Singapore have made the cocktail menu itself as much a part of the experience as Jigger & Pony. Its latest annual menuzine, BLOOM, explores growth, resilience and the process of becoming through 21 cocktails divided into four chapters: Hope, Growth, Beauty and Just Be.
The drinks take familiar flavours and classics in new directions. Starting with the Mango Margarita, ripe and green mango is layered with tequila, mezcal and Sichuan peppercorn, while the Wasabi Highball pairs Japanese whisky with wasabi and housemade apricot soda. Elsewhere, the creamy Soursop Colada is brightened with yoghurt whey, and Strawberry Matcha Cloud combines strawberry, matcha cream and a clarified vanilla milk punch.
The final chapter returns to the classics. The Bloom Martini uses an unusual carbonation-and-degassing technique to alter its texture while preserving the clean profile of a Martini, encapsulating the menu’s broader idea: evolution does not always require starting from scratch.
Jigger & Pony is located at Amara Singapore, 165 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088539. It opens Sunday to Tuesday from 6pm to 12am, and Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm to 2am. Happy Hour runs daily from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Origin Bar – Travel Through Time, One Cocktail at a Time
The transportive setting of Origin Bar has always taken its cues from the romance of train travel, and its current Travelling Through Time collection leans fully into that world. The menu comprises 18 cocktails, imagining different moments, characters and experiences from a journey towards an elusive “Great Somewhere”.
Even the names give a sense of its playful personality. Toast & Caviar, Dollar, Dollar, Million, Pineapplecolada, Voyager Negroni and I Wish It Never Ends sit alongside more curious creations such as FAQ Plastic and Art But No Latte. Rather than organising the menu around one spirit or flavour profile, the concept is built around the idea of movement itself — the glamour, encounters and memories that come with travelling.
There is another reason for cocktail enthusiasts to revisit Origin this year: the Shangri-La Singapore bar re-entered Asia’s 50 Best Bars at No. 43 in 2026, returning it to the regional ranking.
Origin Bar is located at Shangri-La Singapore, Tower Wing Lobby Level, 22 Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258350. It opens daily from 5.30pm to 1am.
Manhattan – Circle of Celebration Captures American Traditions in 27 Cocktails
Long celebrated for anchoring its menus in the history and neighborhoods of New York, Manhattan at Conrad Singapore Orchard looks beyond the Big Apple for the first time. Its new menu, Circle of Celebration, features 27 cocktails spread across five distinct chapters, bringing to life the music festivals, game days, holidays, and street parties that define the American calendar.
The drinks translate iconic American gatherings directly into the glass. In the music festival chapter, Aftershow pairs Grey Goose or Aberfeldy 12 with guava, passionfruit, marigold leaf, green apple, and bubbles, topped with a colorful meringue that is certainly a crowd-favourite.
The sports-focused chapter highlights rituals like the Kentucky Derby with the Gallop Julep, a blend of rose tincture, mint-infused vodka, and hay-infused Angel's Envy Bourbon, while Super Sunday channels game-day wings using Roku Gin, Cocchi Americano, salted passionfruit, lager, and lime.
For holiday gatherings, Thanks a Bunch sets a Thanksgiving mood with Orientalist Dragon 12 Year Whisky, cherry brandy, port, and a spiced cranberry-apple shrub.
To ensure every guest can join the party, six signature cocktails are crafted in identical zero-proof versions matching the originals in name, presentation, and flavor profile.
The experience extends to the kitchen with elevated comfort food like Double Fried Chicken with pineapple whiskey sauce, Lobster Rolls on brioche, and Churros served with a Michter's Rye Whiskey chocolate dip.
Manhattan is located at Level 2, Conrad Singapore Orchard, 1 Cuscaden Road, Singapore 249715. It opens Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 12am, Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 1am, and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 12am. "Golden Hour" runs weekdays from 5pm to 7pm.
PLUME – Follow The Great Migration From First Flight to Homecoming
Birds have always been central to PLUME at Pan Pacific Singapore, but its third cocktail menu takes the concept beyond Singapore’s native species. The Great Migration follows the journeys of migratory birds and the parallels with our own lives through 15 cocktails and three non-alcoholic creations spread across five chapters.
The journey begins with The Calling, where Awakening combines whisky and umeshu with lavender, Earl Grey and grape. Later comes Autopilot, perhaps the collection’s most unexpected serve: an edible macaron cocktail filled with gin, raspberry, peach, passion fruit and dark cherry.
Singapore flavours come into sharper focus in The Return. Restart looks like a pint of beer but reworks the Singapore Sling with gin, cherry brandy, Bénédictine, pineapple and hibiscus grenadine beneath a beer foam. For something alcohol-free, the final Migratory Cycle chapter includes creations such as Calm, blending coconut water, jasmine soda, honey and almond foam.
PLUME is located on Level 1 of Pan Pacific Singapore, 7 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039595. It opens daily from 5pm to 1am, with live music on Fridays and DJ nights on Saturdays.
BAR KAP – Drink Through the History of the House of Tan Yeok Nee
At BAR KAP, the building is as important to the experience as what goes into the glass. Located within the restored House of Tan Yeok Nee, the bar takes the different lives of the national monument from merchant residence to colonial quarters, school and traditional medicine clinic and transforms them into chapters of its cocktail programme.
The Kapitan Era looks back to Teochew merchant Tan Yeok Nee. Pepper Peddler combines baijiu, gin and makgeolli with pepper and citrus, referencing one of the commodities behind his success. The later Station Master Era gives us Tank Road, a whisky sour-style serve of Scotch, roasted orange, bay syrup and grapefruit, while Dynamo forms part of the bar’s unusual clay-ageing programme.
Each era takes a different approach. Lights Out, from the building’s period as St Mary’s Home and School, is a Martini variation finished with pandan oil, while the alcohol-free TCM No. 3 references its former life as a traditional medicine clinic with soy milk, ginger, honeydew and gula melaka.
Beyond the main hall are spaces including The Carriage Room and The Chamber, where the historic architecture is paired with contemporary interiors rather than treated as a backdrop.
BAR KAP is located at the House of Tan Yeok Nee, 101 Penang Road, Singapore 238466. It opens daily from 5pm to 12am.
SKAI Bar – Let Your Star Sign Pick Your Next Cocktail
Whether or not you actually read your horoscope, SOLLA SYSTEM at SKAI Bar gives you a reason to find your star sign. Created by Head Mixologist Solla Hyun Jung Park, the menu comprises 12 cocktails inspired by the zodiac, with each personality interpreted through a contemporary riff on a familiar classic.
The result draws equally from Solla’s Korean heritage, Singapore flavours and her travels around Asia. Aquarius becomes Aqua Bellini, combining Champagne, peach and elderflower, while Taurus is represented by Babamba, inspired by a Korean chestnut dessert and finished with housemade chestnut makgeolli foam. Gemini gets a Singapore spin with Pandan Sling, served in a Merlion vessel, while Capricorn’s Kopi O Kosong Peng transforms kopi into a Manhattan-inspired cocktail accompanied by kaya toast.
The experience extends beyond alcohol too. Four zero-proof creations correspond to Fire, Water, Air and Earth, including the jalapeño-spiked Bloody Virgin Maria and apple-and-elderflower Apple Southside.
High above the city on the 70th floor, SKAI Bar pairs its playful cocktail programme with sweeping views over Marina Bay.
SKAI Bar is located at 2 Stamford Road, Level 70, Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore 178882. It opens daily from 5pm to 1am.
ATLAS – Daughters of ATLAS Explores Constellations and Myth Through 16 Cocktails
Few venues in Singapore command a room like the grand, Art Deco-inspired ATLAS. For its ninth year, the bar introduces Daughters of ATLAS, its inaugural menu that draws inspiration from the seven sisters of the Pleiades, the mythic daughters of the Titan Atlas.
Unfolding across seven distinct chapters named after each sister, the 16 cocktails follow a progression through the day, taking guests from non-alcoholic serves to more spirited expressions.
The menu thoughtfully balances flavor, strength, and storytelling across every chapter. Under Alcyone, non-alcoholic options set a calm tone, such as Cartographer, a silky, banana-led drink served with a caramel cookie and chocolate button.
Moving into the spirited chapters, Sterope’s Electric Vice reimagines a Piña Colada and Strawberry Daiquiri with prickly pear, horchata, and a vibrant color-shifting gradient, while Maia’s Wingbeat offers a herbaceous gimlet twist infused with dill and housemade Tzatziki cordial.
Meanwhile, The Doe (Taygete) pairs vodka, peach, jasmine, and sun-dried Passito wine in a tulip glass, and Apple Aria (Electra) balances mezcal, green apple, and elderflower alongside a piece of ginger candy.
The journey culminates in Celaeno with The Illusionist, a rich and structured nightcap inspired by duck à l’orange that layers duck fat-washed rye and cognac with orange gastrique and champagne, finished with a cornbread chip attached to the glass as a nod to ATLAS's kitchen.
ATLAS is located at Parkview Square, 600 North Bridge Road, Singapore 188778. It opens Monday from 3pm to 12am, Tuesday to Thursday from 12pm to 12am, and Friday to Saturday from 12pm to 2am. It is closed on Sundays.
Bar Bon Funk – Serious Cocktails Without Taking Itself Too Seriously
Not every inventive cocktail menu needs a grand narrative. Bar Bon Funk at New Bahru takes a decidedly more relaxed approach, describing itself simply as a neighbourhood “living room” built around good sound, memorable drinks and small plates.
Its recently refreshed cocktail menu draws inspiration from ordinary moments and familiar flavours, then takes them somewhere less expected. A Glass of Milk plays on cereal milk with apple brandy, pear gin, nut milk and strawberry shrub, while the savoury Coop & Spud combines clarified chicken essence, ginger and dashi with a mashed potato foam. Other creations have played with ingredients ranging from wild mushrooms to pizza-inspired flavours, keeping the menu experimental without making the experience feel overly serious.
Music matters just as much here. Bar Bon Funk combines cocktails with a Hi-Fi listening setup and a regular rotation of DJs, making it a particularly good counterpoint to the polished hotel bars elsewhere on this list.
Bar Bon Funk is located at New Bahru, 46 Kim Yam Road, #02-01, Singapore 239351. It opens Monday to Saturday from 6pm till late and Sunday from 5pm till late.
Singapore has a diverse cocktail scene ranging from internationally ranked bars and grand hotel lounges to intimate neighbourhood concepts. The best choice depends on whether you prefer experimental drinks, classics, rooftop views, music-led spaces or highly conceptual cocktail menus.
At many established cocktail bars, expect to pay approximately S$22 to S$30++ for a signature cocktail, although prices can be higher for drinks made with rare or vintage spirits. Non-alcoholic cocktails generally cost slightly less.
Reservations are recommended for popular bars, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings. Smaller cocktail bars and venues with limited seating can fill up quickly, although some also accept walk-ins depending on availability.
Smart casual is a safe choice. Some luxury hotel and destination bars enforce dress codes in the evening, while neighbourhood bars are generally more relaxed. Check the venue’s policy before visiting if you are wearing shorts, sandals or very casual attire.
Many of Singapore’s leading cocktail bars now offer dedicated zero-proof or non-alcoholic cocktails rather than basic soft drinks. Some build alcohol-free options directly into their main cocktail concepts, using the same techniques and housemade ingredients as their alcoholic beverages.
Singapore has several rooftop and high-rise bars with skyline views, particularly around Marina Bay and the Civic District. These are especially popular around sunset, so advance reservations are advisable if the view is a priority.
Four Singapore bars made the 2026 list: Jigger & Pony at No. 9, Nutmeg & Clove at No. 12, Offtrack at No. 16 and Origin Bar at No. 43.
