Accor Plus hits 1 year with a Middle East expansion and a World Food Day farm-to-table lunch at Swissôtel, signalling a shift in the future of dining.
One year after launch, ALL Accor+ Explorer, the premium travel loyalty subscription from Accor Plus, has expanded to 30 countries and introduced The Explorer Table, a new signature dining experience. The network grew by 10 new countries and more than 150 hotels in the Middle East, taking it to over 1,400 participating properties this 1 October 2026.
On 16 October 2026, World Food Day, the inaugural Explorer Table was held in Singapore at Swissôtel The Stamford which is the first in an ongoing series planned with selected Accor hotels across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
What Is Accor Plus and ALL Accor+ Explorer?
Accor Plus is the Accor subsidiary that delivers the ALL Accor+ travel loyalty subscription programme across 30 countries in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Since it began in Australia in 1994, it has grown into the leading travel loyalty programme in Asia Pacific, with a community of more than 485,000 members.
The premium ALL Accor+ Explorer subscription is tailored for travellers who seek value, status, recognition and exclusive experiences. Member benefits include:

- Red Hot Rooms, with savings of up to 50% on selected early-bird and last-minute hotel stays.
- 15% off stays across more than 5,000 Accor hotels worldwide.

One Year On: Expansion to 30 Countries
ALL Accor+ Explorer, which Accor Plus describes as its premium annual travel loyalty subscription, marked its first anniversary with its biggest network expansion yet. From 1 October 2026, members can use eligible benefits at participating hotels and resorts in 10 new countries: Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon and Iraq. The additions, which include properties from Raffles, Fairmont, Pullman and Mövenpick, form part of a wider expansion of more than 150 hotels in the Middle East.
The programme now spans more than 1,400 participating hotels, 1,800+ restaurants and 1,300+ bars across 30 countries. Earlier in 2026, Explorer launched in the United Arab Emirates, taking Accor Plus beyond Asia Pacific for the first time, and Japan saw the full-service rollout of the membership.
Emilie Couton, Chief Executive Officer of Accor Plus, said the membership launched a year ago with a clear promise of real value from day one. She said that with the network now extending beyond Asia Pacific into the Middle East, members have even more ways to experience what they love about travel.

What Is The Explorer Table?
The Explorer Table is a dining series created by Accor Plus to bring people together through a shared love of food, travel and new experiences. Each edition is designed to celebrate local culinary expertise, introduce thought-provoking topics and spark conversation, shaped by the destination, its people and its place.
The concept carries the spirit of exploration beyond hotel stays. Rather than simply sitting down for a meal, guests are invited to discover something new, exchange ideas and connect with the people and stories behind their food.
Emilie Couton, Chief Executive Officer of Accor Plus, said the most memorable experiences often happen around a dining table. She described the launch as a chance to go beyond the plate and explore where food comes from, meet the people behind it and discover fresh ideas shaping the future of dining.

The Inaugural Explorer Table in Singapore
The first Explorer Table brought together members, media and partners at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore for an intimate farm-to-plate experience exploring sustainability, wellness and culinary discovery.
A Four-Course Lunch by Chef Nicholas Issel
The visit was followed by a four-course lunch curated by Chef Nicholas Issel, Director of Culinary Operations. The menu celebrated provenance, flavour and wellness, with the chef sharing the inspiration behind each dish. Highlights included:
- Miso Cod with Tuscan Kale and Lemongrass Butter Broth
- Wagyu Flank Steak with Watercress Chimichurri and Shishito Jus
- Shared dessert platters featuring Pandan, Cranberry, Basil and Nasturtium

Dining Experiences Beyond the Hotel Stay
Dining has been part of Accor Plus for more than 30 years. Members have enjoyed Michelin-starred dining across Asia, but also regional specialities and unexpected restaurant discoveries. Accor Plus says members increasingly seek experiences that combine food, discovery and participation. Recent examples include:
- Fairmont Singapore: an interactive cocktail experience staged in the hotel's industrial laundry, which processes up to 15 tonnes of linen daily, with martinis delivered on a functioning conveyor belt.
- Pullman Singapore Orchard: an intimate culinary experience with MasterChef Australia winner Nat Thaipun, who shared her Thai-family heritage through food and storytelling.
- Shadow Play by Peppers, Melbourne: a Japanese omakase dinner with a renowned Japanese chef for just 12 guests.
- Novotel Brisbane: a hands-on paella cooking class.
What Comes Next
The Explorer Table is planned as an annual, ongoing series with future editions at selected Accor hotels across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Each event will tell a different culinary story shaped by local expertise, community and destination. Accor Plus also says it hopes to create impact beyond the meal through community engagement, awareness of sustainable dining trends and local partnerships.
Its tagline sums up the idea: People. Plate. Place. A table for connection, conversation and discovery, and an invitation to explore what comes next.
