Located at Suntec City, treat mothers to An Indo Communal Brunch at Fat Chap featuring a live cooking demonstration lead by Medanese Head Chef Selamat Susanto – a perfect Sunday family-bonding activity. The young chef will demonstrate a simple kampong chicken marinade recipe as well as how to prepare perkedel or potato cake at home on Sunday, 12 May 2019.
The cooking demo is followed by a communal table spread or Kembul Bujana, a common Indonesian practice to party over a feast.
