Colony’s Easter Sunday Brunch lands on 5 April with a take on Easter dining, pairing elegant plates with family-friendly touches such as an Easter egg hunt and a best-dressed competition for children. Enjoy dishes such as Hokkaido scallop with chive emulsion and ikura roe, scallop crudo with Oscietra caviar and tangerine dressing, plus a dessert finish that feels suitably festive.
The celebrations here don’t stop at brunch. Colony Bakery is also rolling out Springtime Easter Creations, including giant chocolate eggs, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, pastries and hot cross buns. Racines, Sofitel Singapore City Centre: Easter Brunch with French Flair
If Easter brunch sounds better with oysters, lobster and a little French polish, Racines fits the mood nicely. The Sofitel Singapore City Centre restaurant is serving a generous Easter Sunday spread built around Seafood on Ice, Japanese favourites, carving station staples and a line-up of desserts made for a long, slow afternoon. Freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobster, snow crab legs and poached tiger prawns lead the way, followed by sushi, sashimi, cheeses, charcuterie and warm starters.
The mains pull in both Western and Asian comfort dishes, from slow-roasted baby lamb and roasted Angus beef to seafood fregola, salted egg prawn, Assam pork curry and steamed Norwegian salmon. Artemis Grill & Sky Bar: First Ever Easter Sunday Brunch
Want Easter brunch with a rooftop view and enough chocolate to keep everyone happy? Artemis Grill & Sky Bar is marking Easter 2026 with its first ever Easter Sunday day brunch, served high above the city with a three-course menu and a free-flow chocolate dessert buffet. The Southern European-inspired line-up includes dishes such as Beef Tartare, White Asparagus with chive hollandaise, Beef Tenderloin, Mediterranean Sea Bass, Slow-Cooked Lamb Rack and a vegetarian Spinach Pie “Torta Pasqualina”.
Families are very much part of the plan here. Greenwood Fish Market @ Sentosa: Easter Brunch by the Water

For anyone who finds a traditional Easter brunch a touch too tame, SUSHISAMBA Singapore is bringing back its Copacabana Brunch with a lot more sparkle. Running across the Easter weekend, this rooftop gathering mixes two courses with buffet selections, live DJs, SAMBA dancers and an Easter egg hunt, making it one of the livelier Easter 2026 options in town.
The food follows the same upbeat mood, with seasonal touches woven through the restaurant’s Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian influences. Sometimes the best Easter plan is the one that happens at home, with good bread, decadent chocolate and something easy for lunch or dinner. Baia x PIP’s PLAYbox: Rooftop Easter Fun for Families
Want an Easter brunch where the children are entertained from the minute they arrive? Baia’s Easter Sunday event with PIP’s PLAYbox @ Esplanade has that side of Easter 2026 well covered.
