Pistachio Love in Singapore: Where to Indulge in 2025’s Trendiest Ingredient - and Colour!

If 2025 had a mascot, it would be pistachio. This favourite soft green shade is turning up in fashion lookbooks and nail bars, while the nutty flavour has taken over menus from sweet to deliciously savoury.
We’re not surprised. The pistachio takeover began with the glossy boxes of Dubai Chocolate, along with a wave of pistachio content online. Suddenly, pistachio is in your coffee, spread on your sourdough, and swirled into soft serve.
Fashion’s on board too. Pistachio green is this year’s power colour with handbags, street gear, statement nails and even homeware; calm, stylish, and just a little bougie.
As for Singapore, we stand fully invested. From pistachio coffee to green-hued appliances, plushies and bags, Singapore is slowly ramping up its pistachio love. Read on for where to find the best of it.

Butter Studio – Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake, Inspired By The Viral Sweet
Singapore-based, halal-certified artisan bakery Butter Studio introduces its take on the viral Dubai chocolate bar– in cake form. The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake joins the likes of the Lady Ispahan, Ondeh Ondeh and Royale Tiramisu cake in reimagining the flavours and textures of a favourite dessert.
The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake is frosted in rich hues of dark chocolate and creamy pistachio green. Inside, layers of Belgian chocolate cake, premium Sicilian pistachio, and crunchy kunafa come together in a recreation of the chocolate bar, all finished with an indulgent chocolate ganache. For a more pistachio-forward treat, the Sicilian Pistachio Tart, also from Butter Studio, features a buttery crust, pistachio ganache, and crushed pistachios.

Bottega Pistacchio 17% – A Rich Pistachio Liqueur For Cocktails and Desserts
Crema di Pistacchio or Pistacchio 17%, as it’s known, adds the creamy luxury of pistachio to your cocktails, desserts, and more. This liqueur is exclusively produced by Bottega SpA in Veneto and Sicily, Italy, and has picked up several awards: Silver Medal at the Global Liqueur Masters in 2017 and Gold Medal at the ISW-Meininger’s International Spirits Award in 2025. Its gently frosted bottle and soft green liquid colour makes it stand out in any collection.
Pistacchio 17% is a pleasantly sweet liqueur with a moderate alcohol content and an intense aroma of pistachios: it’s made from pistachios harvested exclusively in Sicily, processed traditionally into a liqueur. The pistachio paste from which it’s produced maintains all the organoleptic properties of whole pistachio, resulting in a creamy, round liqueur that takes an amplifies all the qualities of Sicilian pistachio. With a final touch of grappa, Pistacchio 17% gains an unmistakable aromaticity that holds its own as a sweet after-dinner drink.
Bottega SpA recommends the liqueur be served chilled at 3°C, after meals or at any time of the day. It’s also great for use in cocktails: we can dream up a “pistachio martini” that swaps the coffee in an espresso martini for this liqueur. Finally, Bottega SpA suggests the liqueur served over panna cotta, desserts or ice creams.

Rise Bakehouse – The Signature Pistachio Latte Cheers Up Your Mornings
Nestled among Korean-inspired iced drinks like the Injeolmi and Tiramisu Cream Lattes, the Pistachio Oat Cream Latte is exactly what it sounds like: an iced latte, topped with pistachio foam. It’s one of the cafe’s signature cream lattes, which have the fluffy foam cap of a macchiato and the creamy base of a latte. Made with Oatly oat milk, honey and topped with crushed pistachio nuts, it’s a dessert in a drink and an instant morning or mid-afternoon perk-up. The Pistachio Oat Cream Latte is available at the flagship cafe at 111 Somerset and the new, heritage-inspired outpost in Chinatown, but not at the Potong Pasir cafe.
The people behind Rise Bakehouse are clear fans of pistachio: there’s also the Honeycomb Pistachio Cake, which has stayed a strong favourite even against the parade of limited-edition items. This dense cake consists of layers of pistachio and vanilla cream, finally topped with crushed honeycomb: it looks beautiful on camera with its deep jewel green frosting, and tastes just as good. The Honeycomb variant is available at 111 Somerset and Potong Pasir, but the variant at the Chinatown cafe will surprise you: instead of honeycomb, this pistachio cake is finished with a layer of rich and startlingly green kaya.
Rise Bakehouse has three locations: for more information and to shop online, visit the website.

Jellycat – The Horatio Pistachio Plush Is A Whimsical Take On The Trend
The Jellycat Amuseables plush toys seem to be all the rage for no reason at all except that they’re cute, so there’s no reason for you not to hop on the trend too. This season, the Amuseables Horatio Pistachio joins the ranks of cuddly sweet treats that include the Amuseables Max Macaron, ready to curl up with you on your sofa with a pint of gelato and a movie.
Jellycat Amuseables are a ever-growing series of plush toys and keychains that span from stuffed animals to smiling replicas of food: the popular Jellycat cafes are a tourist attraction in major cities like London, where you can “order” plush fish and chips to go. The toys are loved by both children and adults, with their quality materials, washable texture, and comforting softness. Several collectors use their large Jellycat Amuseables as cushions!
Horatio Pistachio, introduced in May 2025, is said to be “from a fine family”, going back to an orchard in southern Italy– like the Sicilian pistachios that are loved all over the world. He spends his days “hand-rolling truffles” and pouring Dubai chocolate slabs. He’s a little refined for a plush toy, but that’s the magic of pistachio anything: you need just a crumble of it for instant glamour.

Mr Bucket Chocolaterie – This Pistachio Chocolate Bar Is Perfect For Gifting
If you’re ever at Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 and need a last-minute gift, the Pistachio Chocolate Bar by Mr Bucket Chocolaterie will do the trick. Originally introduced as a Christmas flavour, the Pistachio bar features pistachio white chocolate, shredded filo pastry, and Maldon sea salt for a savoury, nutty flavour. Made with Iranian pistachios, rich in flavour with a slightly sweet taste profile, the chocolate used in the bar is sourced from an independent grower in the Anaimalai Hills in India.
Mr Bucket Chocolaterie, a Singapore born-and-based chocolate maker, takes its ingredients and sourcing very seriously. This results in velvety, single-origin bars and delicate bonbons, which come in assorted boxes for gifting that you can customise. One of the newest bonbon flavours, the Pistachio Kataifi, is their take on the Dubai Chocolate bar: a dark chocolate shell breaks away to reveal a luscious pistachio ganache center in a layer of kataifi crunch.
The chocolaterie has recently moved from Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 to Terminal 2, so you can grab a bar before a flight. You could also visit the factory at 13 Dempsey Road, where you’ll be able to join workshops, tastings, and watch the chocolatiers in action.

Songmont – The Luna Bag in Jade Embraces The Pistachio Trend
This versatile curved handbag can be dressed up and down, worn relaxed as a shoulder bag or twisted into a clutch. Songmont, an accessory designer that joins a rising wave of Chinese designers, incorporates soft shapes and Asian accents into its bags: the Luna Bag is softly half-moon shaped, which adds a cool lunar elegance to any outfit.
The Luna Bag is available in eleven shades, but our favourite is Jade: it’s unmistakably the trendy pistachio shade, but muted and more milky. Made with a full-grain cowhide leather exterior and synthetic leather interior, it has an adjustable strap and a detachable strap so the bag can be worn four ways. Matte gold vintage hardware finishes the look, adding points of warmth.
This bag can be worn as a shoulder bag tucked neatly under the arm, as a longer shoulder bag or crossbody with the detachable strap, folded without straps as a clutch, or with a single interlocking strap as a different clutch. You can easily take this bag from daytime to nighttime, or personalise it with Songmont’s bag charms: the Osmanthus charm’s soft yellow hue would complement the Luna well.
