Iconic rooftop bar in Singapore and 1-Group flagship 1-Altitude turns 10!

In the name of their 10th anniversary, Stellar at 1-Altitude celebrates all things Australian with a Sunday Brunch in Singapore on 15th November 2020, an extension of Stellar’s weekly Sunday brunch.

What’s more exciting is that the Supernova Brunch features a collaboration with Guest Michelin star chef Sam Aisbett who previously helmed Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, Whitegrass.

In an upgraded Sunday afternoon affair, Guest Michelin star chef Sam Aisbett will collaborate with hosting chef, 1-Group’s Culinary Director, Christopher Millar. Together, they will highlight Australia’s love of “Surf and Turf” – showcasing the best of the country’s pastures and seas. 

You can look forward to the best Australian ingredients such as Blackmores 9+ Wagyu, Fremantle Octopus and more. There will also be an ice cream station on the roof!

Stellar’s weekly brunch ‘Bubbles & BBQ’ displays its dedication to quintessential, modern Australian cooking, maintaining texture, purity of flavour, quality of ingredients while showcasing its true essence through its focus on grills. Stellar at 1-Altitude is the perfect spot for Sunday brunch in Singapore city!

Supernova Brunch is priced at S$200 ++ per pax for a communal menu with a 3-hour free flow of Perrier-Jouët Champagne, wines and cocktails. The a la carte menu is also available for S$80++ with an option to add on the 3-hour free flow.
